Feedback and certificates
Answer an event's feedback form and download your certificate.
After an event, the organisers may ask what you thought with a short feedback form. Some events also give a certificate of participation, which you download as soon as you've sent your feedback.
Find the feedback formLink to this section
Organisers share the feedback link themselves, usually by email after the event, or on screen at the end of the day. Yuyu doesn't send it automatically, and it isn't shown on the event page.
The form only works while the organisers have it open. If the link shows "not found", the form hasn't opened yet or has closed; check with the organisers.

- Open the feedback link.
- Answer the questions. Required ones are marked; the rest are Optional.
- If the event offers certificates, enter the Email you registered with.
- Choose Send feedback, or Send feedback & get certificate when certificates are on.
You then see the organisers' thank-you message.
Is my feedback anonymous?Link to this section
It depends on whether the event offers certificates.
| Certificates | What's collected |
|---|---|
| Off | Only your answers. The response isn't linked to your account or registration, so avoid writing anything that identifies you if you want to stay anonymous. |
| On | Your answers and the email you registered with. The email is used to match your registration and put your name on the certificate. |
Either way, only the organisers of that event see the responses.
Get your certificateLink to this section
When certificates are on:
- Enter the email address you used to register. It must match a confirmed registration for this event.
- Choose Send feedback & get certificate.
- On the thank-you screen, choose Download certificate (JPG).
The certificate is an image with your name on it, in the design the organisers chose. Save it straight away.
If you registered while signed in, you can download it again later from Account settings → Registrations → Certificates → View certificate.
If the certificate doesn't workLink to this section
"Certificate verification failed" means the email you entered doesn't match a confirmed registration for this event. Check that:
- you used the same address you registered with (look for your confirmation email)
- your registration was confirmed, not still waitlisted, waiting for approval or declined
If it still fails, contact the organisers.
Good to knowLink to this section
- Feedback forms belong to single events. Recurring series don't have them.
- If the organisers change the certificate design after you've sent your feedback, your certificate keeps the design it was issued with.
